Directly from the hotel, aboard your own vehicle (jeep or minivan), you will set off toward Mount Etna to discover some of the most fascinating natural landscapes in Italy. You will arrive at Piano Provenzana, on Etna’s northern slope, at an elevation of 1,800 meters, where you will begin a trek to admire the side craters, forests, volcanic cones, and lava flows. The trek will take you up to an altitude of approximately 2,150 meters, where you will enjoy breathtaking and unforgettable views. Accompanied by our naturalist guide, you will explore a lava cave, an evocative and atmospheric location. As part of the experience, you will enjoy a small tasting of local liquors at a designated spot before returning to the hotel.
